Polish Tourist Board
Sales Manual

Present situation:
German tourists are the biggest group among those visiting Poland. It is, therefore, of crucial importance to be present on the German market and to provide the up-to-date information for the travel trade. As a result of the growing interest in Poland as a tourist destination, the Polish Tourist Board has decided to change the image of the existing sales manual, so that it could better match the expectations of the travel agents and tour operators.

Target Group:
Agents
Tour operators

Task:
To change the existing form of the sales manual, so that it provides agents with practical reference source and at the same time presents the beauty of Poland.

Solutions:
• Dividing the large quantity of information into sections, such as General Information, Regions, Transport, Detailed Information etc.
• Creating easy-to-use charts with the list of accommodation, events, tourist information centres etc.
• Listing tour operators, both Polish and German, in a form of directory with the easy-to-navigate chart presenting their offer.
• Updating the information and adding an Internet link to those, which may change during a year.
• Presenting number of possibilities of spending holidays in Poland, for example water sports, climbing, trekking, cycling, angling etc.
