go asia Service providers Joint Exhibition Stand, ITB Present Situation Go asia is an initiative founded to promote tourism to Asia - on the one hand by uniting tour operators, airlines and tourist offices operating in Germany under one roof; on the other hand, trying to facilitate access to the German market for in-bound traffic and hotel managers from Asia. One of the main focal points for this is the ITB. Go asia would like to secure an attractive and effective presence for its Asian partners at this important event. Target Group Buying agents of German tour operators Solution In order to attract visitors among the countless offers of the ITB, the exhibition stand should represent a comfort zone as well as a platform for communication. The stand design in question allows for both possibilities. By means of sliding panels, exhibitors have a choice to either open or close off their spaces from the outside world in case of confidential negotiations. In the centre of the go asia stand is the Lounge Bar, serving as comfortable waiting area for visitors and hub for communication. In addition to the exhibition space, go asia can also provide the invitation management and time scheduling for its business partners during the event. |
