Agents often need fast access to precise facts about a destination. The wealth of information available from all the different sources actually makes it difficult to maintain a comprehensible selection of the latest facts, figures, data, trends, dates, etc.

To plan and design a sales manual that provides agents with a practical reference source for their work.

Solution:

- The large quantity of information is clearly assigned to sections, such as general information, regions, transport, accommodation, activity holidays and special interest holidays.
- As well as the factual part, the regional section includes detailed lists and descriptions of all the main attractions to provide specific assis-tance and inspiration for organizing all kinds of holidays and events.
- A directory of all tour operators and their details helps in matching the operator to the customer.
- Operators and agencies in the country itself are listed, together with a description of their services, to provide additional assistance for planning and organizing holidays.
- At places where the data changes very often, Internet addresses are given where the latest information can be found.
